‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: Final five nominations and fallout

Big Brother -We’re definitely in the home stretch now of the “Big Brother 18” season, and this is typically the time of the year when things start to cool down ever so slightly.

However, there was certainly a good chance for some chaos to come on Friday evening thanks to the nominations, given the plan by Head of Household Corey to break the Final Four Alliance with Paul and Victor and put them on the block. He of course went through with the plan, and what we were left to see from that point was whatever emotional fallout would come as a result of it. While the Sitting Ducks may be angry, it’s hard to call them out when James is the only other person in the house who would listen.

This all is especially frustrating, and it does pose a valid question: Are Paul and Victor as good of players as we hoped that they were? They’ve had their moments, but they’re really taking their foot off the gas here. You can argue that not nominating Corey and Nicole last week was a mistake, but given that James / Natalie had previously flipped on them, we understand the logic behind that move. Their big mistake in our mind was not really even trying to win James over, and allowing him to jump over to Nicole and Corey without really much of a thought in the world. Even now after nominations, Paul is saying that he’s not going to be friendly to James, ironically the one person who could change things up by winning Veto and removing one of them so Nicole has to go up.

Ultimately, though, the Sitting Ducks sticking around seems to be a lost cause given that James is ultimately going to try and be America’s Favorite, and he thinks that sticking with Nicole and Corey is what America wants. They got the care packages, so it makes sense.
