‘Suits’ season 6, episode 9 video: The fear of ‘The Hand That Feeds You’

Is Mike Ross Icarus, and is he flying just a tad too close to the sun? There are several different questions that we have leading up to Wednesday night’s new episode of “Suits,” and this one has to be fairly close to the top of the list.

Based on where this past episode left off, the easy assumption to make would be that the character is in a good position. After all, just recall for a moment that he has a good chance of getting out now that he’s gotten the Kevin’s wife on board.

Unfortunately, here’s the problem: It is very well possible that he and Harvey could try to easily have their cake and eat it too, and not everyone could like that. By “everyone,” we are really referring to Sean Cahill. You can see him in the promo below make it extremely clear that the deal could be gone, which would screw Mike and keep him behind bars for a painfully lengthy amount of time.

Yet, we’re going to hold out hope leading into this episode (entitled “The Hand That Feeds You”), mostly because it would be an extraordinarily large disappointment for us to go through this entire journey with the plea in order to learn down the road that it really did not amount to much, and Mike was still behind bars at the end of the summer. Luckily, we do still have a couple of episodes to start to see things turned around.
