‘Gotham’ season 3 spoilers: First details released on premiere episode!

Are you excited to have “Gotham” season 3 right around the corner? We certainly are, and that excitement is all the more palpable now that we have seen the first details regarding the upcoming premiere episode.

Per a Fox press release, it seems to be that some of the escapees from Indian Hill could have relatively-short lives thanks to their experiments; also, we’ll get a chance to see the other Bruce thanks to the finale cliffhanger, and also what Barbara Kean and Tabitha Galavan are up to in the wake of the end of last season:

“Gordon works in a monster-ridden Gotham as a bounty hunter and seeks to find answers about the Indian Hill escapees, and why their powers appear to be killing them. Meanwhile, Bruce’s doppelganger roams the streets, and Barbara and Tabitha open a new nightclub called The Sirens in the all-new “Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell… ” season premiere episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, Sept. 19 (8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT) on FOX.”

We are certainly curious to learn more about the Barbara / Tabitha stories, largely because to date there hasn’t been a whole lot said about either of them during the off-season. What side are they really on at this point, and is there anything they are really hoping to have? Given Barbara’s history, it’s hard to imagine the GCPD being altogether okay with her running around the city like an ordinary citizen.

Aside from all of this, we imagine that we could see some other important elements in this episode, such as the emergence of Poison Ivy and also a potential reappearance of Leslie Thompkins after her lengthy absence last season.
