MTV VMAs 2016: List of performers, including Future, Ariana Grande, and Britney Spears

VMAs -

Tomorrow night, MTV is set to broadcast one of their biggest events of the year in the annual Video Music Awards, and we figure that there’ll be at least a few moments during the show that set the crowd ablaze. There’ll probably be a few others that shock or divide social media, just because we live in that sort of world where that sort of stuff happens — and often.

For the sake of this particular article, we figured that we’d set up tomorrow’s big show in the simplest way possible, and that is by announcing the full roster of performers currently announced!

Britney Spears – Obviously, she’s gotten a ton of publicity going into this performance, but don’t call it a comeback — given the success of her Las Vegas show, she hasn’t exactly gone anywhere over the past few years. It’s just been a long time since she was at this show in particular.

Ariana Grande – Nicki Minaj is going to be performing with her for “Side to Side,” and given how Nicki tends to bring it big for these shows, we imagine that the same is to be expected here.

Nick Jonas – He’s coming back with a performance that will probably get much of MTV’s audience talking, but there’s not too much known about it.

Future – He’s one of the top rappers working, and we expect big things on this stage.

The Chainsmokers and Halsey – They’ve got one of the songs of the summer courtesy of “Closer,” so it doesn’t take a whole lot of speculation to wonder what they’re going to perform.

There’ll obviously be more going on at the show than this, but we’d advise you to remember that the VMAs in the end is about so much more than just vocal performances. You also get a ton of quirky fashion and also notable speeches.
