‘Big Brother 18’ live feed spoilers: Veto Ceremony results for Week 8

Big Brother -There wasn’t exactly a whole lot of suspicion going into the Veto Ceremony on “Big Brother 18,” at least in terms of what was going to happen. Sometimes we at least get a little bit of entertainment courtesy of a blindside, but that all took place during the nomination ceremony.

Victor had made it just about as clear as clear could be leading up to the Veto Ceremony that he had no plans at all to use the power on either Paulie or Corey, and he kept that promise at the ceremony Monday morning. Was that the right move? At this point absolutely, given that the majority of the players want Paulie out, and that three-person alliance with him, Corey, and Nicole needs to be broken up.

As for whether or not getting rid of Paulie is the right move, that’s an interesting discussion in its own way. If someone wants to pick up Nicole, it makes more sense to get rid of Corey this week. Also, Paulie’s a free agent and could go anywhere. Yet, at the same time that may be too complicated given that if you pick up Nicole, it’s probably because other people voted out Corey and those people will probably pick up Paulie. It’s too messy. At this point, you’re better off just getting rid of Paulie and then trying to figure things out from there.

If we were Victor and Paul, our priority the next few days will be trying to get Corey and Nicole aboard with them. just in case one of them wins power. Also, it doesn’t make much sense to go to a final five with Natalie, James, and Michelle since those three probably will target you outright unless you’re really confident you can beat them in all competitions.
