‘Scorpion’ season 3 spoilers: Further details on premiere!

The premiere of “Scorpion” is coming to CBS later this fall, and we certainly understand that there are many people out there hoping to get some answers on a number of key storylines. For example, why wouldn’t anyone want to know some further information regarding Walter and Paige, or who Happy could be actually married to?

Unfortunately, the network hasn’t shed much light on these particular storylines just yet. They did announce a few details on the premiere episode Wednesday, and here’s what we have to tell you:

“In the season premiere, Team Scorpion must put aside their personal and romantic troubles when anonymous hackers with unknown motives take control of targeted U.S. military aircraft and war ships and point America’s weaponry at its own cities.”

That’s not exactly the most revealing bit of scoop in the world, but if you do enjoy the show for its action sequences, you’re probably going to be thrilled about this. Also, we have a hard time thinking that the episode will be completely devoid of romance. After all, don’t the producers have to give you another tease or two in order to set things up for the remainder of the season?

Rest assured that we will have further news as we get closer to October when the show comes back. Let’s also hope that the show comes up with an interesting, realistic take on hackers; after “Mr. Robot,” a good many other series out there have paled in comparison.
