‘Mistresses’ season 4, episode 9 preview: What’s ahead in ‘The Root of All Evil’

If you enjoy drama, then of course Monday night’s new episode of “Mistresses” had it for you in spades. How else are you supposed to describe an installment that included so much chaos, and also so many secrets coming out in the open?

Ultimately, it feels best to consider next week’s “The Root of All Evil” as more or less a natural extension to what we saw on the show tonight, mostly because of what it will bring to the table much more of what we saw on the show tonight.

April – She’s going to have to figure out how to get along with her mother, and keep her and Marc from being at odds constantly. That’s no easy task.

Karen – Could she be getting into online dating? It’s possible, but not of her own accord.

Kate – The good news for her is that she’s opting to move out of Harry and Joss’ place; however, the bad news is that it may create further tension. After all, Harry’s going to learn that Joss knew about Scott and Kate being together, and opted not to say anything.

Joss – In the midst of everything she’s struggling with, she is going to start taking some pills to deal with her anxiety.

There are still several episodes set to go this season, and who knows where the story will go in that time? The only thing that we can personally hope for is that it takes us on a few more interesting spins, and doesn’t just end in the way in which we expect for it to.
