‘Zoo’ season 2, episode 8 video: Can Jackson find his mother — and answers?

Sure, there may be some networks out there who are shying away from airing new programming during the week because of the Olympic Games, but we are here with some pretty-firm proof (in the form of the preview below) that “Zoo” is not one of them. We’re coming back for more!

Not only is there a new episode coming up in “Zero Sum,” but all early indications suggest that this will be one of the more exciting ones to date given that Jackson has more awareness of what happened to him to get the triple-helix … even if it is less-than-desirable news. He now realizes that his father injected him when he was a child, and before he starts to descend into some further madness, he needs to find a way to get himself out of this situation. Could he find help from his mother? He is going to search for her in Africa on this upcoming episode — or at least try to before he is derailed.

While you don’t get a full sense of it from watching the promo below, the CBS synopsis for this coming hour teases that we’re going to see a “hostile force” take over the plane, and that could prove the be the latest in many dangerous stumbling blocks for this show.

As a whole, expect some secrets to be revealed (especially for Abraham), and also some major stumbling blocks presented. Given that we have some more stories to be told this season, the show shouldn’t be in too much of a hurry to give everything away just yet.
