‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 7 spoilers: First news on penultimate episode
We’re certainly in a rather emotional place at the moment when it comes to “Rizzoli & Isles.” There are only a few episodes left on the series, and you have to think that every one of them from here on out is going to be powerful.
What we have for you now are some of the first details regarding the second-to-last episode of the entire series, which is entitled “Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow.” Per SpoilerTV, this is the installment’s title, and there are a few different interesting components to what is going to be coming up:
- Jane and Maura are actually going to have a pair of murders to take on over the course of the episode, and they will bear a personal connection to Korsak.
- Someone will turn up and surprise Jane in some way.
- Maura will get some feedback on her novel, but it’s not exactly going to be of the variety that she wants or expects.
It is fair to say that whatever happens here is going to set up the series finale in some way. Even if there is not an interlocking story from one episode to the next (which is note entirely clear), there will probably be at least some sort of thematic connection.
Just a reminder: There is no new episode of the show coming to TNT on Monday night. Still, we’re going to do our best to have another piece up tomorrow with a few more details on what is coming in the series finale.
