Is ‘Murder in the First’ season 3, episode 7 new tonight on TNT? A look at what lies ahead
For those of you who are fans of TNT’s “Murder in the First,” we understand the amount of hype that is out there to see everything that is coming up. Here’s the sad part of the equation: Having to wait to see the majority of it play out.
There is no new episode of the show on the network tonight, and it feels as though there is a pretty darn simple reason as to why: The Summer Olympics are taking over! Thanks to NBC’s widespread coverage of the event, it feels like a little bit of a mistake to assume that the network would want to run its shows up against that.
There is also one other facet of this to consider through the lens of “Murder in the First”: This show has not been renewed as of yet for a fourth season, and every rating matters. Therefore, consider it a blessing that the series is not facing having to air against all of that competition.
As for what is coming up when the show returns on Sunday, August 14, we like to think that the promo below serves as a fairly good source of that. We can offer up a pair of other teasers, as well, to help tide you over:
- We’ll be diving more into Siletti’s trial, and all of the reverberations and consequences that are going to be coming along with that.
- We’re also going to have an opportunity to see Terry and Hildy each realize just how much of an intersection they are at when it comes to their jobs versus their personal happiness.
