The finale of “Devious Maids” season 4 is coming up on Lifetime Monday night, and as a result of that, you could end up getting a few answers to some long-simmering mysteries.
Take, for example, the story surrounding the death of Peri Westmore. This is why Spence has been behind bars most of this season, but there could be some sort of reprieve coming for him sooner rather than later. Of course, we hope that there will be justice, but at the same time we don’t necessarily think that there is any particular guarantee of that coming, especially since we saw in the last episode that Spence’s cellmate, Kill Face, has dug a tunnel out of prison and has asked Spence to come with him. That certainly can’t lead to more trouble for Spence.
As for how some further information on Peri comes up, we can thank Zoila for that. She finds a huge secret that in turn could lead to Rosie piecing things together finally. Some other scoop on what to expect…
1. As you can see in the promo below, a surprising (and calculated) romantic move on Adrian’s part could lead to Evelyn making one of her own, and potentially finalizing a divorce that she has long hoped for.
2. We are going to see Genevieve meet a new friend — but what sort of person will they be? Are their motives anywhere near as clear as they seem on the surface? These of course are things that will be revealed.
3. Given that this is a show that thrives primarily on drama and giving you big cliffhangers, we do have to imagine that this is going to be a trend that continues as we get closer and closer to the end here. We just hope that it’s not one that will feel particularly dissatisfying in the event the show does not get another season.
