Teen Choice Awards 2016: Grant Gustin, Chris Evans, Cameron Dallas among winners
Tonight, the Teen Choice Awards are airing on Fox, and for us that means an opportunity to hand out some more of the latest coverage! For this article, we’re talking about some of the winners on the night … or at least some that are going to be announced during the show. You have to remember that there are a ton that don’t end up on the show itself, so for those you can head over to the official site after it concludes. Many of those winners were not able to make it to the ceremony.
This article will be updated as the night goes on.
TV Actor, Sci-Fi / Fantasy – Chris Evans, “Captain America: Civil War.” For those wondering, the movie also won the movie category here as well. Evans was in attendance to accept, claiming that he’d “always wanted” one of the signature surfboards.
Social Media King – Cameron Dallas. Given that the surfboard was right off-camera, the guy had to assume that he’d won … right?
TV Actor, Sci-Fi / Fantasy – Grant Gustin, “The Flash.” Hooray for Grant! Since the show is still fairly young, it still hasn’t gotten that much love and awards. This was a good chance for it to be celebrated.
Choice Web Star, Fashion – Bethany Mota. That was announced coyly, wasn’t it?
Summer TV Show – “Teen Wolf.” Yes, it is somewhat ironic that we have a winner here that did not actually air in the summer, but we’re happy for it, anyway.
Drama Series – “Pretty Little Liars.” Yep, it definitely did win … again!
