The third season of “Gotham” is inching closer to its premiere. Not only that, but we are also inching closer to the show’s panel at San Diego Comic-Con!
The video below does not necessarily give you anything new when it comes to details, but it is at least a reminder that production on the third season is currently underway. This is an intense preview that puts the focus primarily on the character of Jim Gordon, and some of the struggle that he is currently going through. At the end of the clip, we get the ominous subtitle of “Heroes Will Fall.” That’s a little bit different than some of the subtitles for season 2, which revolved mostly around some of the villains.
When season 2 left off, we saw Gordon intent on getting Leslie Thompkins back in his life after she left in order to get away from the danger present in the city. Where the two stand should be an interesting thread to follow early on in the third season; we definitely anticipate that they are going to have a lot to work through.
Also, there is another clear issue here facing the two of them in that Gotham is really not any safer now than it was back at the time she left. Heck, it may be even worse when you consider that Hugo Strange and some of his mutations are all currently off running amok and causing all sorts of problems.
