‘Supergirl’ star Melissa Benoist joins Stephen Amell, Grant Gustin for super ‘Conan’ episode

Conan O’Brien has made a recent tradition out of going to San Diego Comic-Con, and he’s planning to do so again this year! Not only that, but he will be joined on one particular episode of “Conan” by a trio of superhero stars who we definitely enjoy watching.

You’ll get a chance to see “Supergirl,” “The Flash,” and “Arrow” in the spotlight like never before on Thursday night; the synopsis below from Conan’s official site makes that clear:

“The superheroic and super-attractive stars of “Arrow,” “Supergirl,” & “The Flash” — Stephen Amell, Grant Gustin, & Melissa Benoist — are here to keep the citizens of #ConanCon safe. Maybe they’ll even get a chance to team up with the Flaming C?”

To us, one of the things that will be the coolest about this is that it marks one of the few opportunities we’ve really had to get all three of these actors in the same room together other than the recent upfronts. “Supergirl” is getting ready to spend its first season on The CW after one on CBS, and you have to expect that there’ll be crossovers. It’s not entirely clear when they will happen, but we just have to expect that it will.

For now, we’re at least going to celebrate that we are mere months away from all of them coming back on the air, and we have plenty of expectations that they will deliver the goods. These shows all also have official panels at Comic-Con, so you will get a chance to learn more about them there.
