‘Devious Maids’ season 4 spoilers: What’s next for Evelyn, Adrian?

The fourth season of “Devious Maids” has been a fun and at-times nuts, but it’s been especially so for the Evelyn character. She’s found herself in completely new circumstances with Marisol, and doesn’t quite have the funds at her disposal that she used to.

With that being said, has she found some happiness potentially with a Reverend of all people? She’s certainly in a different, interesting place now, but that does not exactly mean that she is done with Adrian just yet. In previewing Monday night’s new episode and everything else that’s coming in a new interview with TVLine, Rebecca Wisocky had the following to say about the developments for her character:

“I think Evelyn was absolutely gobsmacked that the Reverend James Hamilton asked her out on a date. And I’m not sure she’d admit it, but there’s probably a part of her that enjoys that Adrian won’t let her go. I think she’ll find a way to turn the tables on him and, no matter what, the two of them will always be in each other’s lives — whether they’re in love or torturing one another. … I also think she’s going to try to get back into that house.”

There are only a handful of episodes still to go, so if there was ever a time for there to be some sort of progress, now would be it! Ultimately, we’re going to have to just wait and see what happens, but we’re certainly expecting it to be entertaining based on where we are right now in the story.
