‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ preview: Meghan King Edmonds battles fear

The next new episode of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” is coming your way onto Bravo Monday night after a one-week delay. For Meghan King Edmonds in particular, it appears as though one thing is going to be high on her priority list: Working to try and conquer her fear.

As you may know at this point, she doesn’t love needles. Yet, she also wants to get pregnant via IVF. If she wants to do that, she’s going to need to do the injections. This is what the sneak peek below is about. Without her husband present, she goes ahead and tries to conquer her fear. She also does so in front of what presumable appears to be her own camera.

Is she able to do that? We’re going to let you see the clip for herself. The only thing that we’ll offer up in terms of a teaser is this: One way or another, it’ll take some time for her to figure out what to do and if she can go through with it. It certainly makes for uncomfortable viewing.

In the end, this pregnancy storyline is a little bit of an odd one to watch on the show. Why? We have the gift of jumping forward many months in advance, and we know that she eventually does get pregnant. Maybe that is something that could become a larger part of the show either later this season, or at the reunion. There’ll be time to figure this out given that we are still in the early going here.
