‘The X Factor’ UK bootcamp filming heading to London

Apparently, the audition stages of “The X Factor” UK have come to a close, and we are moving onward to the next phase of the competition in Bootcamp! With that being said, though, this is clearly a very different sort of Bootcamp for the show than we have seen in the past.

For one, we’re not venturing out of the city of London. It has now been confirmed that at least part of the midway point of the competition will be done in the city itself, which should be interesting just from a geographical standpoint. We know that the show likes to take its contestants on some sort of trip so that they can highlight the lavish things that can come with being a star; then again, there are plenty of lavish places in London itself.

From here, the next phase of the competition is going to be getting everyone to the Six-Chair Challenge and then Judges’ Houses, and that is where we really expect things to be taken up a notch when it comes to intensity. We do wish there was more of an extended Bootcamp and no Six-Chair Challenge, but we’re not a producer on this show, and it’s already been proven and then some that these producers have a serious craving for drama in just about every possible shape or form.
