‘Suits’ season 6 spoilers: What’s the dynamic like with Harvey, Donna?

The sixth season of “Suits” is a mere matter of days away, and it is certainly fair to say that the struggle is real. For Mike Ross, that struggle is going to be trying to find a way to simply keep his head above water in prison. There’s nothing else he can do at this point, given that he is already within those walls and has to simply deal with it.

As for everyone else, they will have their hands full juggling quite a bit of stuff. Harvey, Louis, and Jessica will have to find a way with coping with what happened to their firm, and they are going to need all the help that they can to build it back. For Harvey, he’s also going to be needing a lot of help when it comes to handling what happened to Mike in the first place. Enter Donna here for emotional support!

In speaking to TVLine, Sarah Rafferty makes it clear that this will be an especially important arc for her as she works as hard as she can to be there for him:

“She rises to a whole new level of badassery, in my opinion, because Harvey’s really struggling with his guilt … We need Harvey to get Mike out of prison, so she’s there helping him navigate those… emotions, which is something that’s really in her skill set to do.”

Is it possible that we could see these two together in the future? We know there is still (understandably) a contingent rooting for them, but we’ve given up on speculating as to when it could happen. If it does, it does; otherwise, it’s a really good show anyway.
