‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ season 7: Lisa Vanderpump status in limbo

Is Lisa Vanderpump getting set to leave “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” after spending a pretty substantial amount of time on the program? As it turns out, the answer to this may not be entirely clear.

According to a new report coming in from Us Weekly, Vanderpump has yet to sign a contract to do another season of the show. Yet, at the same exact time, rumors about her departure are not exactly true. We would like to imagine that all parties involved will get a deal done, just because there are already some big changes on this show with Kathryn Edwards and Yolanda Hadid both departing the series.

Do we think that this edition of the series in particular had some enormous problems? Absolutely, and many of them begin with stories that Hadid and Vanderpump were both very much involved in. Yet, at the same exact time we don’t think losing more than just a couple of wives a season is a good move, since you start to put yourself in a situation where you’re almost relaunching the cast, and that’s never really a good thing when you are so far into a run. We’ll just ultimately have to see what happens.

Above all else, we want the next season to have a little bit of drama, but also focus on one of the main reasons so many people watch: Opulence, ridiculousness, mini-horses, and other things that are fun. You can have some personal conflict in there to go along with it.
