‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Chase McNary, Robby Hayes, James Taylor have final JoJo Fletcher group date
This season of “The Bachelorette” has certainly brought us a wide array of dates, but we’re now getting near the end of the road for one chapter in particular: The group date portion of the program. When the show returns with new episodes on July 11, we’re going to have what is effectively the final group date of the season in Argentina, one where Chase McNary, James Taylor, and Robby Hayes have to impress JoJo Fletcher in a very short period of time in hopes of making it to hometown dates.
Basically, the synopsis below suggests that this could actually be a more dramatic group date than you would imagine, largely because of a conversation between JoJo and Robby over his past that has been some time in the making. If you remember at the start of the season, there were questions about a recent girlfriend that he had prior to the start of the show:
“How can Chase, James Taylor and Robby have fun when bad weather cancels plans for their group date with JoJo? They spend the day ordering room service and playing games. However, tension runs rampant as JoJo needs to confront Robby about his past relationships. Will she be able to trust him, or will it derail their future together?”
This season has been ripe with rumors about guys being there “for the right reasons,” or having extremely recent relationships prior to getting on the show. It makes us a little more cynical about the show in general, but at the same time we don’t really think of this season as altogether different from any of the others that we’ve seen over the years. There are always some guys every season on here for much more than just a relationship. We don’t know Robby enough yet to really know what his motives are.
