‘Gilmore Girls’ coming worldwide to Netflix before ‘A Year in the Life’ launch

If you are anywhere in the world and a major fan of “Gilmore Girls,” we come bearing great news: You are going to have an opportunity to watch the legendary series sooner rather than later.

In the video below via Netflix, star Lauren Graham announces that come July 1, you will be able to see new episodes of the series anywhere in the world. That means that it really doesn’t matter if you are in Europe, Asia, or any other part of the world; as long as Netflix is available where you are, you should be able to check out the series in preparation for “A Year in the Life,” the upcoming four-part series that will tie together some loose ends from the show.

Unfortunately, what we still do not know is what the particular premiere date for these four parts will be other than “some point in 2016.” Our guess is that it will be either in November or December, since this seems like the perfect thing to watch over the course of the holidays when there is not too much else airing on TV. Also, we know that Netflix has their schedule announced pretty much up to early September, so it will not be before then. The service is starting at this point to be using up the majority of its possible premiere times.

Rest assured that as we get closer to a return to Stars Hollow, we’ll have much more in the way of news to share.
