‘Murder in the First’ season 3, episode 2 preview: How do Terry, Hildy move forward?
Tonight, “Murder in the First” season 3 premiered on TNT that kickstarted the Normandy Parker case, one that is going to eventually spiral and lead to a crisis that is going to send the entire city of San Francisco into a spiral. Terry and Hildy have their work cut out for them, and it will especially be the case when a shooting takes place of who may be the wrong man.
“Tropic of Cancer” is the title for the second installment of the season, and you can get a few more details right now via the attached synopsis:
“As the hunt continues for the prime suspect in the Normandy Parker case, an anonymous tip forces Terry into an officer-involved shooting that sets off public uproar. A desperate Siletti reluctantly hires DUI defense attorney Alfred Arkin, but withholds essential trial information. Hildy gets good news for her future, and she and Terry cross a line together.”
Obviously we are still extremely early in the season, so we have to imagine that as a result of that, we’re going to see things get far worse before they get better. Hopefully, Terry and Hildy both can find a way out of this; obviously, the idea of her getting “good names” gets us excited, but then we remember that her “crossing a line” is the sort of thing that could lead to a collapse.
If you are looking for a review of tonight’s episode, rest assured that we’re going to have one up at some point in the near future. Stay tuned!
