‘Big Brother 18’ spoilers: When do live feeds begin?
Tonight marks the season premiere of “Big Brother,” and to say we’re excited would be an understatement. We’re basically on the edge of our seat waiting to blast off to see how the returning players fit into this season, and of course how some of these newbies ultimately interact with one another. Sure, it’s always fun to speculate on these things beforehand, but every year there is a tipping point where we get tired of spreading rumors, and we’re glad to just dive into the house.
To go along with that, we’re excited for the live feeds to begin! Unfortunately, that’s not happening tonight…
For everyone looking forward to the birth of the feeds, what we have to tell you right now is that it does not quite appear like we will be seeing them until after the West Coast airing of Thursday’s show. Think around 10:00 p.m. Big Brother Time, which is around 1:00 a.m. Eastern time. (Be sure to call into work sick the next day!) Yes, this is obscenely late for some of you, but we feel like it’ll be worth it since the players will be extra lively and crazy because of their desire to try to please much of the viewing public with their antics.
For those new to the “Big Brother” US feeds (which are sold through CBS All Access), we prefer them for the most part to the Canadian ones since they tend to stay up longer, and they are also far less censored because of it being a subscriber-based model. It feels much more in line with the original premise of the show.
