CBS 2016 Fall Premiere Dates: ‘Scorpion’ season 3, ‘NCIS’ season 14, ‘Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X,’ and more
CBS today unveiled their full schedule for the fall (including premiere dates), and we gotta say that there is really not much on here that is going to shock you, other than maybe the JonBenet Ramsay miniseries “Case Closed” being prominent in September and then maybe “Scorpion” getting a two-hour premiere. This is not a network known for its surprises, and its conservative approach is really one of the reasons why they are so successful in the first place.

The only thing that ever gets confusing for us with CBS is how they have to bow to the alter of the NFL and continually try to change things around in order to suit their whims. We certainly imagine that this has to be somewhat difficult for them over time, but they do always find a way to make that work in terms of promotion so that no one stays confused forever.
