Next week, the story of “Reign” season 3 is going to come to a close (for now), and with an hour that is all about Mary trying to come into her own in Scotland. She has went into hiding and even faked her death since her return, but now, things could be changing … and in a really big way.
Want to get some more news on this episode? The promo below for “Spiders in a Jar” is going to prove itself to be fantastic, especially if you’ve been looking to see an epic Adelaide Kane speech. The synopsis below also gives you a little more insight when it comes to precisely what sort of story you could see moving into the future:
“Mary (Adelaide Kane) makes a bold move to defend her reign in Scotland, which results in a battle royale with her cousin, Elizabeth (Rachel Skarsten). Lola (Anna Popplewell) is accused of a heinous crime and suffers the drastic consequences. Meanwhile, back in France, Catherine (Megan Follows) finds that Charles (guest star Spencer MacPherson) has returned a changed man after paying a price for his mother’s relentless quest for power.”
Are we going to see many of these stories move into the upcoming fourth season? At the moment, we’d say that signs point to “yes,” mostly because The CW has already renewed the show for a fourth season, and they have cast new characters already to fill out the world in Scotland. We’ll have some further news moving forward, so stay tuned!
