‘Mistresses’ season 4, episode 3 video: Kate informs Joss about recent dates

If there is one super-immediate takeaway from the latest “Mistresses” sneak peek, it is this: Clearly, Kate is someone who wastes almost no time at all when it comes to figuring out precisely who she likes, or what she wants out of a relationship!

Here, you can more or less see Kate come into Joss’ office and seemingly proclaim that she has found her one true love, in what is more or less the shortest amount of time possible. She is so enthusiastic about the fact that he could be “the one,” and the more and more she talks about it, the more and more amusing Joss’ facial reactions are. By the time we get around to the end of the sneak peek, she seems liable to fall off of her chair in shock.

Yet, at the same time, Joss is in an interesting position right now when it comes to Kate: It’s her potential sister-in-law! She really wants to formulate as good of a friendship as humanly possible here, which is why she wants to be there and hear some of these stories. Yet, at the same time, this is a real exercise in trying to come across as she cares about things that she does not align with or agree with in the slightest. She thinks Kate is rushing things along, but the only thing that she can do is just smile and nod … for now.
