‘The Bachelorette’ video: JoJo Fletcher’s ‘Dancing with the Stars’ audition (sort of)

Given that we have seen people like Jake Pavelka, Sean Lowe, and Chris Soules go from being the star of “The Bachelor” to “Dancing with the Stars,” isn’t it possible that “Bachelorette” JoJo Fletcher can do the same thing? Well, judging from the sneak peek below for Monday night’s new episode, she is showing that she still needs quite a bit of work.

Other than transporting back in time to presumably 1958, it’s hard to really get the sense of what her one-on-one date with James Taylor is going to be about. Given that James is a musician, you’d think that he would be able to get down the timing of the swing-dancing fairly quickly. Not so much. Instead, most of this sneak peek is spent with the two struggling with it, but with James hoping that JoJo is enjoying his time with him regardless.

We do at least think that James is the beneficiary of the better date of the episode, given that we’ve already highlighted one involving JoJo and Chase that involves them, for whatever reason, doing some sort of awkward yoga lesson. Dance classes are something that many couples do in their normal lives in order to have a physical activity that allows them to be close and also learn something new. Dressing up should only add to the fun here.

Let’s face it: It’s rare that someone has a one-on-one date this early in the season and gets sent packing. Therefore, we’re feeling pretty darn confident that James is going to leave this one with some sort of a rose in hand. As for JoJo, who knows about “Dancing with the Stars”? We were kidding in the title, but we certainly wouldn’t be opposed to having her in the cast.
