While “The Voice” may be over on NBC, rest assured that the character of the same name, mysterious as they may be, is coming onto “Person of Interest” Monday night! Their return will bring with it consequences, and of course put some of the characters through their paces. The only thing more disarming than his return may just be the fact that there are only a small handful of episodes still to go this season, and it was less than a month ago when it premiered. Go ahead and blame some of the scheduling oddities over at CBS for that.
Nonetheless, we’re here to bring you the first look at “Sotto Voce,” courtesy of the attached synopsis below:
“The mysterious criminal mastermind known as “The Voice” returns and traps Reese and Fusco in their own precinct with several armed gang members and the latest POI. Also, Root makes a shocking discovery.”
For those unfamiliar with the term, it is derived from the Italian for “lighter voice,” and is meant in relation to saying something softly.
We could go on to rant so much more about the promo below, but what’s the real point of it at this point? CBS has clearly decided that rather than give us clues as to what is coming up in some of their upcoming storylines, they’d rather make things as vague as humanly possible. We understand a no-spoiler policy, but can’t you at least attend to make these interesting for the longtime fans of the show?
