‘NCIS’ season 14: Premiere date speculation for Mark Harmon – Pauley Perrette drama

NCIS -In many ways, Tuesday night’s “NCIS” finale is a watershed moment for the series, given that this will be the last episode for the show with Michael Weatherly as a series regular. Yet, the show will go on! For those of you who are committed to the show moving forward, we’re happy to start the discussion on season 14.

The first thing you should know is that there will likely be no major change when it comes to the show’s episode order, or when it will premiere. It remains one of the most-watched shows on TV, and there is no justification to move it off of Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time. Late September is still the projected premiere time, and as this is one of the most ol’-reliable shows out there, we don’t anticipate CBS doing anything different with the scheduling.

One of the biggest changes is probably going to come courtesy of the show’s cast, given that Sarah Clarke and Duane Henry are poised to become regulars as Tess Monroe and Clayton Reeves. How the two fit into the overall ensemble remains to be seen, but this is the biggest addition to the cast in quite some time. The last addition was Emily Wickersham back during season 11, but that was adding one person as opposed to two in this case.

Once there is some more news when it comes to the future of “NCIS,” we’ll have it for you. Be on the lookout for it! Tomorrow, we’ll have a specific wishlist for what we want moving forward story-wise.
