‘Blindspot’ episode 23 (finale) spoilers: What awaits Jaimie Alexander, cast before season 2

For everyone who has enjoyed “Blindspot” and its wide array of different story developments, twists, and so much more, there is something coming around the bend next week that could shock you more than anything else: The big finale. It’s the last chapter before season 2, and with the team still struggling, it could take teaming up with some unexpected people to get Jane and Weller out of this situation in one piece.

We’ll have a full promo for the finale a little bit later, but for now, we like to think of the synopsis below as a nice little resource in terms of teasers:

“Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) searches for the truth within a heartbreaking and confounding assertion. Jane (Jaimie Alexander) reaches out to a former suspect (guest star Aimee Carrero) for help with Oscar (guest star Francois Arnaud). Meanwhile, the rest of the team struggle to help a friend…”

More than likely, everything in the finale is going to set up season 2 effectively; in case you missed it, the show will be moving to Wednesdays for the new season, so it will be interesting to see precisely what happens there.

The promo below certainly makes things that much more interesting. Could Jane have her memory wiped again? The idea is brought up, but thankfully so is the idea that she will have a chance to finally learn some of the secrets that have haunted her. We cannot imagine the show giving everything away; just a few reveals here and there would be nice. (Also, it’s going to take some time for us to get over tonight’s death.)
