Tonight, “Big Brother Canada” brought us a somewhat-sad eviction show as we ended up saying goodbye to someone we really liked in Joel from the game. We also really liked Cassandra, so unfortunately there was not any real option that people out there would be satisfied with.
Speaking of things that the majority of Canada will not be pleased to here, the brothers Nick and Phil were winners of this Head of Household Competition tonight, giving them a place now for certain in the final three and a one in three chance of winning the game. In a way, you could argue that all of these competition wins are them making a case, but the reality here is that their social game has not been great; even the goodbye message to Joel tonight felt like it had a little more sting on it than it should, given that he will help decide the winner in the end.
The brothers will almost surely nominate Tim and Cassandra, not that this really matters much. The winner of the Veto, provided that it is not the brothers, will make the final decision this week. If the brothers also win this, they will decide who makes the decision. More than likely, this would be Kelsey. Tim has a final three deal with the brothers and Kelsey, so Cassandra really needs this Veto more than anyone. It wouldn’t even shock us if Tim evicted her, given that he has a much better shot in the final two against Kelsey / the brothers than her. Granted, we’re not sure he has the foresight that the jury is so positive towards her game.
The feeds will be up until this weekend, so hopefully we’ll know the Veto winner before then. The eviction for the final four will be on Wednesday night.
