‘The X Factor’ UK: Could Sharon Osbourne’s appearance be impeded by ‘The Talk’?

For many weeks now, there have been rumors regarding whether or not “The X Factor” could feature a return from none other than Mrs. O herself in Sharon Osbourne; however, some other rumors now are suggesting that her daytime gig her in America could be a problem.

Per the Mirror’s Sunday People, a source claims that her full-time gig on CBS’ “The Talk” could cause problems when it comes to flying back and forth to Britain from Los Angeles on a weekly basis:

“Doing both shows at the same time will be really gruelling for Sharon, and it’s hard to imagine how she can fit it all in. Obviously The X Factor haven’t confirmed her return yet but the logistics are going to play a major part in the final stages of talks.”

The one thing that you do have to remember here is that this is far from the first time in which Sharon has dealt with this issue. When she was previously on the show and helped Sam Bailey to a win, she was traveling weekly to do both shows. Therefore, this is in fact possible. It’s a lot of work, but it can happen.

Personally, we do like the idea of having Louis Walsh, Sharon, and Simon Cowell back on the same show once more, but we do think the series is focusing on the wrong thing as the problem. It’s not the judges; instead, it is the same pre-packaged singers and stories, and rounds like the Six-Chair Challenge that seem unfair and drama for drama’s sake. The show has lost almost all sense of fun.
