‘Outlander’ season 2, episode 4 video: Jamie introduces Claire before dinner

When it comes to sneak peeks, the one that we have below from this weekend’s new episode of “Outlander” is shorter than most. It’s really only about half of the length of the video below, and we say that its importance goes beyond the dialogue that you hear.

Basically, this clip revolves around Jamie introducing his wife Claire to the attendees of their dinner party. This in itself is more or less an attempt to ensure that they put the pieces in motion to execute the next phase of their plan in regards to the Jacobite Rebellion. It has already been made clear that the Duke of Sandringham is one of the few pledging money to Charles’ cause, and for Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan’s characters, trying to expose what is truly going on here is a part of the plan … in a way that is appetizing to the masses, of course.

Before we make it to the end of this particular episode, we imagine that some more information will be out there … but if we were Claire, admittedly what we’d be a little bit more worried about than anything is Jamie possibly learning the truth about Jack Randall. The Duke knows that he is still alive, and Black Jack’s brother is working right under him.
