Is ‘Chicago PD’ season 3, episode 20 new tonight? First news on Sophia Bush in ‘She’s Got Us’

Chicago PD -We’ve got some bad news when it comes to “Chicago PD,” but the good news is that this is the last time we will be reporting this said news for a little while: There is no new episode coming to NBC tonight. This marks the last week in a lengthy hiatus, but the great news is that we’ll have a new episode back in seven days! That installment is entitled “In a Duffel Bag,” and maybe the first in many big episodes in particular for Burgess.

In looking beyond that now, we’ve got for you some of the first details right away when it comes to the upcoming May 18 episode entitled “She’s Got Us,” which is going to be one of the last ones of the season. It looks like we’re going to see a big episode in particular for Sophia Bush, and also a “Chicago Med” crossover to go along with it:

“While responding to a call of shots fired at a family residence, Lindsay (Sophia Bush) and Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) discover the only survivor is the youngest daughter who is traumatized. While Lindsay and Dr. Charles (guest star Oliver Platt) evaluate the girl and see if she can help identify the killer, Antonio (Jon Seda) and Olinsky (Elias Koteas) look into a pyramid scheme “self-help” group for potential suspects. Meanwhile, Platt (Amy Morton) tries to make the case to Commander Crowley (guest star Barbara Eve Harris) for Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and Roman (Brian Geraghty) to remain partners.”

For Burgess and Roman, we imagine that one of the big things that could be standing in their way coming up is strictly a matter of their personal and professional lives mixing. If they can show that they can still do a great job, there should be not as much for them to worry about.
