‘The Blacklist’ season 3, episode 19 spoilers: More James Spader – ‘Cape May’ details

We had assumed that because of the shocking events on this past episode of “The Blacklist,” NBC was choosing to be extremely coy on releasing the synopsis for the installment that followed. We hadn’t heard anything about 3×19 in the days leading up to “Mr. Solomon: Conclusion” airing, and there were few other reasons to imagine why this was the case.

Well, NBC has finally now released the official synopsis for the next new episode entitled “Cape May,” and the rather-interesting thing about it is that it actually does not give too much away at all. Take a look below:

“A mysterious beauty on the run from unknown assailants accidentally crosses paths with Reddington (James Spader) and enlists his help to fight back against her attackers.”

So basically, expect a really huge James Spader episode here as he tries to resolve a very important case to him, while also trying to cope with his grief over the loss of Liz. One of the larger questions that we’ve got right now is whether or not Red is involved in any way with what could be a secret plot on her part to fake her death. We still may in denial at the moment, but we are hopeful that somehow, Megan Boone will return to the show in the future. If Red is in the dark about it, that could make this episode and the performance all the more powerful if he truly thinks she is gone. (That’s the indication that we are getting at the moment.)
