‘Supergirl’ episode 19 video: Alex, Hank go undercover

If there was one glaring omission from the “Supergirl” and “The Flash” crossover that aired on CBS last month, it was that we did not have an opportunity to see how Barry Allen would react to seeing J’onn J’onzz and his powers at work. We’re not sure that his jaw would drop on the floor in the same way that Diggle’s (hilariously) does every time he is in Central City, but the result more than likely would have been entertaining still. Also, Kara could’ve used his help taking out Livewire and Silver Banshee.

In case you are wondering just where in the world Hank and Alex have run off to, the sneak peek below gives you a little more insight: They have visited her mother, and are doing so while on the run following the aftermath of Kara’s Red Kryptonite incident. Alex makes it clear in the sneak peek below that they’re just stopping in, but in response to that Alex’s mom drops some big news on them: The state of National City after Myriad has hypnotized most of its ordinary citizens. This is an operation that could destroy the world, and it may call for a certain green hero to return to see if he can help.

Also, there’s one other piece of advice we would offer up Hank and Alex the next time that they are on the run: Find a way to check out the news every now and then. They may want to keep more abreast as to what’s actually going on…
