‘Scream Queens’ season 2 spoilers: Glen Powell set to return!

Tonight marked an opportunity for the cast of “Scream Queens” to get together at PaleyFest, and what we ended up getting as a result of that was some casting news first and foremost. Glen Powell is coming back!

Just in case that is not enough for you when it comes to great news from the panel, let’s go ahead and give you a few other interesting teases for what could be coming up.

Why are we in a hospital? – As it turns out, most of our returning female characters have become med students, which means that they could try to help people … which is somewhat ironic given that some of the Chanels are the most selfish people we have ever seen.

Denise’s role – She is now with the FBI! Who doesn’t love that?

New roles – There are several male doctors who are being cast, but at the moment there is not any substantial information out there as to who will play them.

The new villain – Since this is “Scream Queens,” there is of course another villain who will be coming on the show. What we know for now is that this is going to be someone who is going to have at least some connection to Hester. Given that Lea Michele is still a regular, you better expect to see a whole lot more of her in some way during season 2. We’ll just have to see precisely what that entails.

Season 2 will more than likely premiere on Fox this fall. Stay tuned…
