‘Shameless’ season 6, episode 9 preview: Frank tries to break into maternity tent

It wouldn’t be “Shameless” without us getting to see a wide array of various Gallagher family hijinks, and you better believe that there is going to be plenty of that on Sunday night’s new episode.

For the latest example, may we direct you to the sneak peek over at this link? In this preview, you can see Frank and Debbie at a commune, and let’s just say that things do not go in the way in which William H. Macy’s character probably wants them to. As per usual for him, he wants a lot of attention put on him, only to realize that things are not exactly going his way and nobody wants to give him what he wants. Debbie won’t even allow him, per the rules, to enter the maternity tent.

Just the whole idea of these two heading to such a place right now is ridiculous in itself, but when you consider who they are and their history, we have a sinking suspicion that things are probably going to get so much more ridiculous before they ever get better. This kind of is the M.O. for them, isn’t it? There are also a few more episodes left this season, which is by and large more than enough time for things to take a turn for the extreme / the hilarious. It really depends on your outlook.
