‘The Night Manager’ episode 3 preview: Pine gets a warning about Jed

We’re two episodes into the BBC series “The Night Manager” (at least in terms of it airing in Britain), and if there is one word that we would use to describe it, it would be this: Intriguing. This is a show where you never quite know precisely who to trust, and this is something that Pine is going to have to contend with when it comes to Jed.

Is there some sort of attraction between Tom Hiddleston’s character and Roper’s wife? We think that there is, and we also don’t think that Jed has the same heart of ice that Roper does; she is operating with her own motives and mind, and we cannot judge her for her position from the outside.

However, there’s a difference between having different motives from Roper and necessarily be on a different page than him entirely. In the sneak peek below from Sunday night’s new episode, Pine gets a warning from Corky to steer clear of her. Is this some advice that he is actually going to heed? That is something that we’re still waiting to get at least some sort of answer to. Hopefully, we shall over the course of the episode ahead.

Here’s one other crazy / sad thing to now digest: At the conclusion of this hour, there is only going to be three more installments of the adaptation. The halfway point is right around the bend! We just hope that you have properly braced yourself for that.
