Is ‘Girl Meets World’ season 2, episode 30 (finale) new tonight? Early season 3 order

We’re here this afternoon to write what is actually going to be the final “is Girl Meets World new tonight?” article that we’re planning to pen for some time. There may not be a new episode tonight, but in one week’s time the second season will be coming to a close with an installment entitled “Girl Meets Legacy.”

Odds are that if you’re reading this article, you’ve heard a thing or two already about what the story for that episode is going to be. With graduation on the horizon from middle school, we imagine that the likes of Riley, Maya, and Lucas will be forced to confront their feelings, and also figure out what exactly lies ahead for them in the future.

The post on Twitter below from the show’s official writers does a pretty good of laying out what is going to be either the production or airing schedule for the upcoming third season, which will premiere on the Disney Channel later this year. Something to remember here is that ultimately these two things are not necessarily the same, since the network has the prerogative to air things in whatever sort of order that they want.

In the end, we just hope that the show finds a way to shake things up in the third season, and keep us guessing in a way that is imaginative, fun, and also nostalgic. We’ve had yet another week to think about it, and we still think that when it comes to pure emotion, “Girl Meets the Bay Window” is the best episode that the show has done.
