‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 12, episode 12 video: Alex, Jo, and a sea of indecision

Are we about to see the end of yet another “Grey’s Anatomy” couple?

On this past episode entitled “Unbreak My Heart,” it certainly appeared as though it was curtains for Jackson and April after their reasonably-short marriage (at least by show standards). Maybe that will change following the reveal that she is pregnant, but what we have to go for now based on what is actually right in front of us … and that doesn’t have us altogether hopeful.

Meanwhile, the sneak peek below suggests that there is some more drama on the way for Alex and Jo. She didn’t exactly say yes to his proposal, while at the same time she did not turn it down altogether, either. She is at the moment firmly up in the air, and there’s not much about this elevator conversation that suggests this is changing. The good news is that there is still the chemistry that needs to be there between the two, just as there is also some flirtation.

However, at the same time there are still hurdles, and we do wonder whether or not Alex’s friendship with Meredith is one of them. While at one point we would’ve rolled our eyes at the thought of this happening, it’s starting to make a little more sense. The two have had a friendship that has lasted for many years, and they’ve been through so much already. A relationship would be yet another part of that evolution for the two.
