‘Survivor: Kaoh Rong’ episode 3 video: The all-important immunity challenge

CBS isn’t giving us much of a sneak peek for Wednesday night’s new episode of “Survivor” in terms of the story, but they are at least doing something else we appreciate: Giving us a window into what could be one of the more dramatic immunity challenges that we’ve had a chance to see so far.

In this challenge, the remaining tribes ultimately have to maneuver bags of rice through the water and also some holes within a gate. It’s extremely tricky, and it’s going to require a lot of strength and determination to pull this off.

In turn, this brings us to the Brawn tribe. If there was ever a group who would seem perfect for this on paper, it would be them. However, you gotta remember here that there are only four tribe members here as opposed to six; sure, the Beauty and Brains are sitting out to people, but they can pick and choose who they want taking part. The Brawn don’t have that luxury, and without some of the luxuries that the other people in the game have, they’re probably also exhausted and depleted. We’ve seen this many times over with this show, but sometimes things get worse before they get better.

For the sake of entertainment, we’re definitely hoping for a Brawn win here; otherwise, we’re likely going to just have an episode where Alecia is voted out, and that is not entirely dramatic or interesting for anyone to see at this point. It’s more just predictable.
