‘Teen Wolf’ season 5 finale spoilers: Tyler Posey, Dylan O’Brien, cast face the end

Through much of Tuesday night’s new episode of “Teen Wolf,” what we saw for the most part was a prime example of things going from bad to worse for many of our lead characters. In some ways, it was great news for Scott McCall to realize that Mason was the Beast of Gevaudan, or if nothing else a vessel for the villain. The bad news is that there wasn’t really too much that he could do in order to ensure that the transformation did not happen once more.

So where are we going moving into the finale? This is something that can only be described with one word: Chaos. Okay, it technically can also be described with the following words of the synopsis below:

“Scott and his friends try to stop the Beast before Beacon Hills is razed to the ground.”

In terms of more specifics, this may end up becoming a team effort. Theo and his team definitely knows that they flew a little too close to the sun, and Parrish and his pals may be the valuable sort of insight needed to take this creature out once and for all. To us, what could make the finale interesting is that more than at any other point this season, the entire cast of characters are going to have to come together to ensure the safety of Beacon Hills. Otherwise, the upcoming sixth season (it has already been ordered) will begin with ruins.
