‘The Night Manager’ episode 2 preview: Tom Hiddleston’s Pine questioned hard

This past Sunday, we had a chance to witness the debut of one of the BBC’s most-ambitious series in quite a long time in “The Night Manager.” Tom Hiddleston is starring in this adaptation as Jonathan Pine, a war veteran and night manager who gets himself thrown into a much deeper world. There is so much more to him that meets the eye, and that will be a pretty critical theme of the new sneak peek below courtesy of BBC One.

In this sneak peek, you see Pine interrogated hard by Corkoran over what he is really up to, and all of the sketchy things about his past and his finances that cause him to look so suspicious. Of course, the reality here is that Corkoran is right, but this is not something that he really wants to let up on.

Given that we’re only one episode into the competition at the moment, we know that this will ramp up and become so much more intense and interesting as time progresses. If that was not the case, we feel like the show simply is not anywhere near the end. We’ll be covering this journey the rest of the way, so let’s just hope that there are a few more twists and turns coming that will keep us on edge.

Also, let’s hope for more Hiddleston. The more that he is front and center for every single scene, the better of we’re going to be in the end.
