‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 12 spoilers: ‘Happy Endings’ alum Casey Wilson to appear

“Grey’s Anatomy” season 12 has certainly packed a lot of power over the past few weeks. The winter half of the season (directed by Denzel Washington) began with Meredith Grey in peril, and we’re coming off of one of the most tumultuous episodes we’ve seen in quite some time with a lot of story for April and Jackson.

So what’s the big news moving forward when it comes to casting? We’re going to get to see Casey Wilson on the show! According to a new report from TVLine, she is going to be appearing on an upcoming March episode of the Shonda Rhimes series as Courtney, a driven woman who is described as being “funny” and “smart.” She’s also apparently expecting quadruplets, which should be extremely interesting insofar as story goes.

We’re honestly surprised that we are going to see Wilson on this show, mostly because this is such a different turn for her than we have seen as of late. then again, this is a nice chance for her to show a different side, and we have a feeling that we are going to see her on another TV show in a regular capacity soon. After all, this is pilot season, and this is where many people end up booking their next big thing.

The aforementioned site also reports that none other than Kevin McKidd (Owen) will be directing this episode, which means that it could have another layer of intrigue to it. We’ll have some more news soon…
