‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 7, episode 16 video: Beale enters the field!

Monday night’s new episode of “NCIS: Los Angeles” is going to be a big one for the character of Callen, as he is going to find out in the midst of a dangerous mission just what the “G” stands for. A longtime mystery with the series is finally getting solved!

As great as that may be, the sneak peek below also reveals that there is a very different sort of fun that you can expect to see over the course of this hour; specifically, you’re going to get a chance to see precisely what happens when Beale is prepared to enter the field. Hetty speaks to him in the sneak peek below, as he is accompanied by none other than Kensi and Deeks. There are a number of funny little moments in here, but to us none are better than seeing her take on the subject of his “guns.” Beale mistakes it for his own arm muscles, but Hetty makes it pretty clear after that she is not interested in taking a trip to the gun show.

Is this entire clip completely ridiculous? Certainly, but that is almost why we enjoy it so much. It’s just another sign that no matter the situation, the writers can still find a way to inject a little bit of humor. Also, it is also nice to see Beale have a little bit of a chance to shine, given that he often does not.
