‘The Flash’ season 2, episode 15 preview: David Ramsey guest stars in ‘King Shark’

Tuesday night’s new episode of “The Flash” entitled “Escape from Earth-2” was definitely crazy and then some, given that we had a chance to learn more about Zoom, Jesse, the new earth, and a variety of other shocking developments. It’s hard to really figure out a way to top this hour, and we don’t really think the goal of the show necessarily is to top what we saw tonight.

Instead, we’re going to have something entirely different! David Ramsey is going to guest-star in this hour as John Diggle, and with that we’re going to get a great opportunity to see a little bit of how King Shark gets to enter the fray once more as a villain. Just take a look at the synopsis below:

“When King Shark escapes from an A.R.G.U.S. holding tank, Lila (guest star Audrey Marie Anderson) and Diggle (David Ramsey) travel to Central City to warn The Flash (Grant Gustin). King Shark shows up at the West house and attacks Joe (Jesse L. Martin), Iris (Candice Patton), Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) and Barry.”

This episode sounds to us almost like pure fun, and it’ll be nice to see Diggle present here without having Oliver Queen and some of the other “Arrow” characters around. It’s a different dynamic, and King Shark is a very different sort of villain. We don’t think we will get too many opportunities to see him this season thanks to the budget, so with that in mind, we will gladly take advantage of every opportunity that we possibly can.
