‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 6, episode 15 preview: Melanie Griffith returns!

One of the nice things about “Hawaii Five-0” is that the show has really found a way to build a great Ohana, and people are willing to constantly come back to the show even after some time away. Maybe a part of that is because the show is filmed in Hawaii, and everyone wants a vacation there! That’s at least our theory for the time being.

Next week, Melanie Griffith is going to be returning to the series in the role of Danny’s mother, and it seems as though she’s going to have quite a significant role to play in the story. Not only that, but the synopsis below indicates that there are also some interesting stories coming up in terms of what we’re going to see with McGarrett:

“While Danny’s mother is questioned by the FBI, McGarrett partners with a young man with autism who may have information to help solve the murder of his only friend, on HAWAII FIVE-0, Friday, Feb. 19 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Academy Award-nominee Melanie Griffith returns as Danny’s mother, Clara.”

It’s too bad that this is not the most informative synopsis in the world, but we know that this is the February sweeps. Basically, this is a time when networks decide to unveil some of their biggest stories, and we’re excited to see what this show does moving forward as we get further and further into the month. We just have to imagine that there will be some further surprises around almost every turn.
