‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: More on possible Ben Higgins – Jubilee Sharpe conflict

During some of the promos that have aired following the most-recent episode of “The Bachelor,” we’ve certainly seen one thing front and center when it comes to Jubilee Sharpe and Ben Higgins: Tension, and plenty of it. We started to see her struggle a little bit with either the circumstances of the show or insecurity at the most-recent cocktail party, and apparently this is going to carry over to the group date.

We don’t have too much more that we can say about it for certain, other than that there will be a cooking portion of it in Mexico that will lead to a little bit of conflict:

“Nine lucky women meet Ben for private Spanish lessons, but little do they know that it will be the start of a grand adventure, as they are divided into teams to shop for food at the Mercado Roma. They are given recipes by two world renowned Mexican chefs – Lula Martin Del Campo and Nicolas Martin Del Campo – who inform them they will participate in a cooking competition. One woman is intent on making the group date her personal one-on-one date, but will this over-zealous bachelorette antagonize Ben in the process?

“Jubilee decides to talk to Ben about her perception of their relationship and their future together, but what conclusions do they come to?”

While we’ve never loved the idea of competitive dating, at least the ladies will be working on something tasty rather than being encouraged to fight with each other, whether it be directly or indirectly. The Jubilee situation unfortunately just seems like the worst sort of dessert to end the date.
