‘The Fosters’ season 3, episode 11 preview: Lexi returns; plus, the new Jesus

Fosters -

The winter premiere of “The Fosters” is now three days away from premiering on Freeform, and based on the new sneak peek below, this is going to be an episode that will cover a lot of ground in a very short period of time. As a matter of fact, it has to in order to service all of its characters.

In the sneak peek below, you can see one particularly big moment in the return of Lexi, who comes bearing some big news that will make some people happy. Also, we’ve also got the new Jesus in action here, played by Noah Centineo. We do feel for Centineo, since this is going to be a little bit of a rocky transition. Inevitably, there will be many people who are used to seeing Jake T. Austin in the role, and changing their minds and seeing this new person in the part will be difficult. Recastings are often rare, and this is especially true when you are dealing with a character like this, who already had a pretty prominent role in the spotlight before anything went down.

Trust us when we say that we’ll have some more news on “The Fosters” as we get further along into this season. Let’s just hope that the stories stay consistently interesting and strong from start to finish. We’re going to have not only a full review up after the episode airs, but also a preview for what is coming over the rest of the season.
